By accessing or using the p10 platform on any device or browser, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

The p10 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is prohibited, and any such accounts will be terminated immediately.
Account Creation & User Security
To use p10's services in full, users are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. p10 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the p10 support team immediately and change your password via the Log In platform.
User Responsibilities & Rules
P10 platform users agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to defraud or damage the platform's systems. This includes a prohibition on the use of automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised means to access or exploit p10's systems.
Users are not permitted to share, transfer, or sell their account to any other party. Each account is strictly for the personal use of the registered owner. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in the suspension or termination of the account.

- Users are responsible for ensuring that all activity within their account complies with applicable local laws.
- Any attempts at fraud, misuse, or system manipulation will result in immediate action, including account termination and legal proceedings where necessary.

Payment & Transaction Information MYR
All transactions on the p10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, belongs to them, and has sufficient funds.
P10 supports a wide range of Malaysian local payment methods, including online banking, e-wallets, and approved payment gateways. All deposits are processed securely through encrypted infrastructure. Users should carefully review transaction details before confirming, as processed payments cannot be reversed except under specific circumstances agreed upon by p10.
Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method registered in the name of the verified user. p10 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals for security and fraud prevention purposes. Any remaining funds in a closed account will be handled in accordance with p10's internal policies and applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
All content on the p10 platform, including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code, is the exclusive property of p10 or its relevant third-party licensors. No part of this content may be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from p10.
Third-Party Links & Governing Law
The p10 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. p10 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
